Members must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the account registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and contact number. Any provision of false or misleading information constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and in certain other circumstances as determined by lumba188 at its sole discretion, Members will be required to complete the KYC verification process. This process requires the submission of one or more of the following documents:
lumba188 aims to process KYC submissions within 24–72 hours of receiving all required documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.
Members are responsible for keeping their Account information current and accurate at all times. If your contact details, residential address, or payment method information changes, you must update your Account promptly. lumba188 is not responsible for any consequences arising from outdated Member information on file.
lumba188 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency transfers (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). The minimum deposit amount is MYR 20 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional context.
All deposits are credited to the Member's Account in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. lumba188 does not charge a platform-side processing fee on deposits. However, Members should be aware that certain payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside of lumba188's control.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the Member's verified name, and must match the payment method used for deposit where technically possible. lumba188 processes the majority of MYR withdrawal requests within 5 minutes of approval; however, processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional KYC review is triggered.
The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30. Members must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be approved. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable and will be forfeited upon withdrawal request if the wagering condition has not been satisfied.
lumba188 operates in full compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. Members may not use the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. Any suspicious transaction patterns may be reported to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Member. Deposits may not be made from third-party accounts or anonymous payment sources.
lumba188 offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, VIP tier rewards, and crypto deposit bonuses. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before those funds — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotional terms for each offer. Members are responsible for reviewing the wagering requirement of any bonus before accepting it.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one Member per household, IP address, device, and payment method. lumba188 reserves the right to decline or revoke a bonus where it reasonably suspects that a Member is attempting to circumvent bonus eligibility rules.
The lumba188 referral programme ("Refer A Friend") awards a bonus of MYR 38 per successful referral, subject to the referred friend completing registration and making a qualifying first deposit. Self-referrals, fictitious referrals, and any referral activity deemed to constitute abuse of the programme will result in disqualification and potential Account suspension.
Birthday bonuses are credited automatically to eligible Members within the Member's registered birthday month, at the tier-applicable amount (Bronze: MYR 188; Silver: MYR 388; Gold: MYR 888; VIP/Diamond: MYR 2,688). Standard wagering requirements apply. The date of birth must match the KYC-verified documentation on file.
By using the gaming and betting features of the Platform, Members agree to the gameplay rules applicable to each individual product. These rules are displayed within each game interface and are subject to the overarching provisions of these Terms.
lumba188 is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all Members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
lumba188 employs advanced fraud detection systems to monitor gameplay patterns and transaction behaviour. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, lumba188 reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, void all affected bets and winnings, and report the matter to appropriate authorities.
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. lumba188 strongly recommends that all Members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through the Account security settings.
lumba188 will never contact a Member to request their password, PIN, or 2FA codes via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any such request purportedly from lumba188, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact lumba188 customer support immediately via live chat. lumba188 will investigate the matter and take appropriate action; however, we are not liable for any losses incurred prior to the reporting of suspected unauthorised access where such access was facilitated by Member negligence in maintaining credential security.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. lumba188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon Account termination for cause, lumba188 reserves the right to void any outstanding Bonus Funds and, in cases of confirmed fraud, to forfeit the Account Balance. Members whose Accounts are terminated for reasons other than a breach of these Terms may withdraw their verified real-money Balance following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
A Member wishing to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
lumba188 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, notify Members via registered email address or in-platform notification.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If a Member does not agree to the revised Terms, they must cease all use of the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 13.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which lumba188 holds its operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between lumba188 and a Member shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.
Nothing in this clause limits a Member's statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
